  • 2 cups mixed sprouts (moong sprouts preferred)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 small boiled potato (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Flavor & Seasoning
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice
Toppings
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Sev or roasted peanuts
  • Green chutney
  • Tamarind chutney (optional)
Optional Add-ons
  • Sweet corn
  • Beetroot cubes

Instructions

  • Wash the sprouts well and lightly steam or boil them for 3–4 minutes if preferred
  • Add sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and potatoes into a large mixing bowl
  • Mix in green chilli, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice and toss everything together gently
  • Top with pomegranate seeds, sev, roasted peanuts, and chutneys
  • Serve fresh and chilled for the best flavor and crunch
