- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 cucumber (chopped)
- 1 small boiled potato (optional)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves

- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice

- Sev or roasted peanuts

Instructions
- Wash the sprouts well and lightly steam or boil them for 3–4 minutes if preferred
- Add sprouts, onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and potatoes into a large mixing bowl

- Squeeze fresh lemon juice and toss everything together gently
