Main Ingredients
- 4 bread slices (whole wheat or multigrain)
- 1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
- 1 cup spinach / palak (finely chopped)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chillies (optional)
- ½ cup grated cheese
Spices & Seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp oregano or mixed herbs
- Salt to taste
- Butter or olive oil for toasting
Optional Add-ons
- Garlic paste
- Mint chutney
- Tomato ketchup
- Mayonnaise or hung curd spread
Instructions
- Heat a pan and lightly sauté spinach, onions, and green chillies for 2–3 minutes
- Add boiled corn, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, and herbs
- Spread the mixture evenly on a bread slice and add grated cheese
- Cover with another bread slice and apply butter on both sides
- Toast on a pan or sandwich maker until golden and crispy
- Cut into triangles and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
