A delicious high-protein Indian wrap made with spicy paneer bhurji, fresh veggies, and soft whole wheat roti — perfect for a quick healthy lunch or post-workout meal.

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 whole wheat roti or tortilla
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (chopped)
  • 1 small capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp oil or butter
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Mint chutney or yogurt sauce

Instructions

1- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until soft

2- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, capsicum, and green chilli

3- Mix in turmeric, Chilli powder, garam masala, and salt

4- Add crumbled paneer and cook for 3–4 minutes

5- Place paneer bhurji inside warm roti or wrap

6- Add mint chutney or yogurt sauce if desired and roll tightly and serve hot
